• Basic analytics: aggregated, anonymised website analytics (page views, country, device type) — no personal identification

3. What we don't collect

• We do not run third-party advertising trackers
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketers
• We do not maintain mailing lists or send unsolicited emails
• We do not collect payment information through this website (invoicing happens separately for clients only)

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, deliver the services you've engaged us for.

Specifically, we may:

• Schedule a discovery call
• Discuss scope, pricing, and timelines

5. How we store your information

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Enquiry submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our email service. Project data shared during engagements is stored according to the security provisions agreed in your engagement contract.

We retain enquiry information for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted unless you become an active client (in which case retention follows the engagement contract terms).

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your information from our records
• Stop processing your information for any reason

7. Third-party services

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other advertising trackers.
